Do you want to learn how to use a tablet, or maybe you have one and it intimidates you. Come to the library for this hands-on series of programs. TABLETS PROVIDED for use during class. Advanced class Nov. 21st.
Sip and Swipe Cafe is a tutorial program for anyone interested in learning about owning and using a tablet. The library is offering FREE self-paced lessons on how to use an Android tablet or ipad. A coach will work with you, provide support and answer questions. We provide the tablets for you to use during the classes, you provide the curiosity to learn! If you have your own tablet, you’ll want to bring it. This program will guide you through a series of hands-on, interactive, step-by-step instructions. Those new to tablets learn basic tablet skills such as tapping, swiping, and scrolling. Through a series of classes, all will learn how to use the table to access the internet, connect via email and even send pictures! If interested call the library at 715-543-2700 to find out more.
This program is provided through a grant from Bader Philanthropies.
